Privacy Policy

Pink Lemonade acknowledges and is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect your name, postal address and email address. No personal information is gathered without your knowledge or active participation. The personal information submitted by you is used only in a mailing list database which we use to send updates about new products, specials or promotional events with Pink Lemonade. Pink Lemonade does not sell or share our mailing list database with any other companies. Furthermore, credit card information is ‘temporarily’ shared by a payment gateway that takes the request for payment from our store to our bank in a secure browser session. The information is processed and erased – it is not stored.

Purchase Policy

When making your selection, please preview the images for more specific detail. For further information on important details regarding dimensions and jewellery content, please don’t hesitate to contact us at info@pinklemonade.com.au. All website purchases are securely processed by Paymate and charged to your account upon checkout. Any personal information shared with Paymate is used only for the purpose of placing your order with Pink Lemonade. Paymate does not disclose this information to other agencies unless required by law.
After your order is processed, we will send an email confirmation to let you know when it will be shipped.

Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped via Australia Post Parcel which takes approximately 2-5 business days Australia Wide and approximately 7-12 business days World Wide. For more specific information regarding postage outside of Australia please email us at info@pinklemonade.com.au. Pink Lemonade cannot accept responsibility for goods once they are under the care of Australia Post.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

ALL Pink Lemonade items undergo a careful system of quality control to insure that every piece meets our high standard of excellence. As such, there are NO exchanges and returns with goods purchased on the Pink Lemonade website. If however, goods are deemed faulty on arrival, Pink Lemonade is happy to exchange it, providing the product is returned in its original condition, unused and unworn within 14 days. Please email us at info@pinklemonade.com.au within this period if you are unsure of the product to arrange return of goods. Returns will be at the buyer’s expense. In case of exchange, the new item will be delivered free of additional charge. Defective items must be returned to Pink Lemonade within 14 days of purchase date to be eligible for replacement. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced, a full refund will be offered.
